Fee Statement
The Mortgage Account fees start at £500.00 and are broken down as below (Adverse and Complex cases are subject to a surcharge)
- £50.00 FactFind Meeting (payment requested once all documents received)
- £225.00 for Research and DiP
- £225.00 for Full Mortgage Application
Your Property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage
Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply
